Report to: General Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design/evaluate integrated systems and lead development/improvement of cabinet line process including concept proposal, prototyping, manufacturing, QC and testing.
- Conduct research in new materials testing and assembly structures design to support product development
- Create/review engineering drawings/manufacturing specifications and prepare other product/engineering documents
- Analyze/review/report product manufacturing performances and enhance engineering design by improving tooling, process and protocols to achieve high manufacturing efficiency and product quality within the cost guidance
- Take active role in Value analysis and Value engineering activities in all product chain
- Provide manufacturing engineering technical consultations as required and support/improve quality management based on data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the warehouse management team to understand the objectives of each area
- Act as a gatekeeper for all process changes;
- A hands on individual to work on production floor to make productivity improvements, fixtures, Jigs and job aids.
- Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels implemented by the company.
- Support the company’s vision and goals, including applicable key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Actively work in each functional area to better understand the scope, difficulty and challenges of each role.
- Possess the ability to manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques.
- Possess a complete understanding of applicable company systems, policies and procedures.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Experience in frameless cabinet making a must
- Good reading and written language skills (English), basic arithmetic, interpersonal skills, telephone presence, data entry skills, strong organizational skills; knowledge of statistics and engineering; ability to execute time standards; knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, production methods,
- Previous Experience At least 5 years previous experience in Engineering field; familiarity in observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources; experience with compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data; examples of applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, coordination of quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost; experience with statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product
Other Requirements:
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs; heavier product with team assist. Environmental/Atmospheric Conditions** Hot/cold temperature changes, concrete floors,
