Summary : This role involves overseeing brand strategy, including brand planning, positioning, and architecture, while driving growth and consumer awareness through compelling brand initiatives. The position requires strong copy writing skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure brand identities are effectively incorporated into projects, maintaining consistency across all media channels. Additionally, the role includes collaboration with a creative team, managing business performance goals related to brand marketing, and supporting a strong brand team to support ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee brand strategy tasks including Brand Planning, positioning, definition, brand architecture, naming, etc.
  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop, with familiarity in analytics tools, proficiency in website content management systems, experience with email marketing platforms, knowledge of video editing software, a basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital advertising platforms, and strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Identify opportunity to craft compelling brand strategies and take ownership of key initiatives to drive the Brand’s growth and consumer awareness.
  • Develop clear Brand Value Propositions and support cross-functional teams to incorporate Brand Identities into projects.
  • Translate strategies into actionable design briefs to support an agile creative team that you will collaborate with and energize with strategic direction.
  • Work with Graphic Designer and/or outside agency to deliver the highest aesthetic, most accurate materials while utilizing established creative/communication briefs.
  • Accountable for overall messaging, design, photography.
  • Understand web, social and mobile marketing techniques to keep brand presence engaging and appealing.
  • Work closely with Web/Social teams, initiate brand-specific tactics, and support the overall MBCI web/social strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and channel marketing, launch brand programs that drive growth in the market place. Identify and create the best processes necessary to get projects completed on time and on budget.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standard across all media for our proprietary and trademarked products and marketing materials
  • Design and monitor business performance goals as they relate to brand marketing objectives
  • Develop key competencies and identify roles required to build a strong brand team to support initiatives while being a strong leader who can guide individuals towards new goals.
  • Develop and drive a brand planning process on an annual basis.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field.
  • 3 – 6 years related experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
