SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping. This role demands a visionary leader who not only enhances warehouse processes but also drives fiscal responsibility and a culture of safety and customer focus. The successful candidate will be pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and integrate future supply chain functions such as North American sourcing and procurement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage multiple warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
  • Develop and enforce a strong safety culture across all warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate safety standards.
  • Foster an environment of high employee engagement through effective leadership, clear communication, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that all warehouse operations meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee financial aspects of warehouse operations, including budgeting, cost management, and driving profitability to meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain a program of continuous inventory control, including cycle counts and maintaining high accuracy levels.
  • Work closely with sourcing, procurement, logistics, and other supply chain departments to enhance operational efficiencies and business processes.
  • Coordinate with product development and marketing teams to ensure the seamless rollout of new products & programs, managing operational aspects throughout the order-to-cash process.
  • Implement and optimize warehousing procedures to improve efficiency and meet organizational targets.
  • Engage in strategic planning for the supply chain, integrating upcoming functions like North American sourcing and procurement.
  • Supports proper utilization of ERP system (SAP).
  • Member of the operations staff, responsible to routinely report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience
  • APICS Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-site operations.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management software, with a strong ability to analyze financial data. SAP a plus.
